Simple Workout Routine I tried a very simple workout routine to try to lose some weight and get in shape for ski season. Here it is: Work out 6 days a week Just 20 minutes per session That’s it. You could even go 5 days a week and take a day off. Anything you do after or above and beyond those 20 minutes is just icing on the cake.
