I don't write about it much on here, because I want this to be a more decor focused blog, but I am a total health nut. I research and read books on the subject constantly. When I am sewing farmhouse pillows, folding laundry or doing dishes I almost always have one earbud in my ear listening to audio books, interviews or lectures on gut health. Three books that have had a strong impact on me lately are "Gut and Psychology Syndrome" by Natasha Campbell, "Body Ecology" by Donna Gates and "Eat Dirt" by Dr. Josh Axe.
I am fully convinced that sugar and toxins destroy gut health, so I needed some kind of loophole that would still allow me to enjoy chocolate.
