This Earl Grey Tea Latte recipe is so simple, that you can try it even if you’re no master chef in the kitchen. Take 10 minutes to prepare it and enjoy this foamy drink.



Ingredients:

Earl Grey Tea

Hot water

Three quarters of a cup of warm milk

A tablespoon of vanilla syrup

Ground cinnamon

Method:

1. Prepare the tea. Tip: we recommend using loose-leaf teas. Because they are not brewed in a teabag, the tealeaves can absorb water and expand as they infuse. This permits the water to extract more minerals, vitamins and aromas, becoming thus a more flavourful liquid.

2. While the tea is steeping, add the milk in a small saucepan and warm it up until close to the boiling point.

3. Add the warm milk to the already prepared tea, stirring it up with vanilla syrup.

4. The final step is to sprinkle some ground cinnamon on top and… voila! Bon appétit!
