That’s right everyone is welcome and we hope you’ll come see us. On June 1, 2012 One-to-1 Fitness is hosting our first ever Train-a-Thon in celebration of our 5 Year Anniversary and with all proceeds of the day going to Camp Quality, Sylvan Lake.

All services are free (though we hope you’ll make a small donation to support our fundraiser, but there’s absolutely no-obligation.)

Camp Quality is a kids camp for kids fighting the battle against cancer, help us help kids and raise awareness toward effective strategies to living longer, healthier, stronger and happier.

Everyone is welcome, we’d like to complete as many as 500 workouts in 24 hours, watch fun evening events, potentially live music, food, friends, unusual work uniforms and activities as serious as you want them to be.

Here’s your opportunity to get all the help you need from Red Deer’s top personal training team for FREE and support a great cause in the process.

The Train-a-Thon for Camp Quality (The kids adventure camp for kids fighting the battle against cancer) is a totally unique day.

Let me explain:

You should be coming in for your regular workout, even if you’re not a client of ours book a 60 or even 90 minute session and we’ll give you a personalized assessment, develop a program for you and teach you how to do it. If you still need more help, heck go have dinner and book another appointment to go through it some more.

Want to lose weight but struggle with your nutrition? That’s what Your NewTrition is all about. Book a nutritional consultation and we’ll teach how to eat to fnally reach your goals.

Have sore knees, hips, shoulders, back pain? Book a 60 min appointment for a movement assessment and we’ll teach you the specific stretches that are likely to eliminate these aches and pains.

Want to get together with people from your office? The unique opportunity to book a private class for 2-10 people exisits next Friday where we’ll creat a fun and interactive workout that everyone can participate in just for your group.

Would you like to learn about the advanced aspects of working out, nutrition, posture, stretching, hydration, stress? We are happy to provide 30-60 min seminars for 2 or more people where we’ll just share our knowledge with you.
