It contains three of my very favorite things to blend into a smoothie for amazing taste and power packing nutrition. Can’t go wrong with that!

Blueberry, Kale and Fig Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 handfuls of kale, fresh or frozen
1/2 C of figs
1/2 C of frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
1.5 C coconut or almond milk
1 Tbs hemp seeds
1 Tbs tahini
1 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop protein powder
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend smooth!
