8th Annual StarChefs.com International Chefs Congress
It’s that time of year again. The 8th Annual StarChefs International Chefs Congress in NYC is right around the corner, starting this coming Saturday, september 28th. As always, there are a number of exciting and compelling programs and this year, a new venue – The Super Pier at 15th St and West Side Highway, quite close to where the very first ICC was held. The first event of the Congress took place yesterday, a new BBQ competition called SMOKE@ICC. It was a blast of an event featuring 10 teams from around the country. They combined BBQ pit skills with fine dining sensibilities to come up with unique and delicious results. Here are the photos!
