New Spike Analysis and Comparison Reports Add Convenience and Simplicity to Analyzing Social Media Data
NUVI’s Platform Has Been Adopted by the World’s Leading Brands
2013 PRSA National Conference
SALT LAKE CITY - NUVI™ (www.nuviapp.com), one of the fastest-growing, real-time social analytics and engagement companies, announced the availability of new features to its dynamic visual intelligence platform. The updates add convenience and simplify NUVI customers’ ability to visualize the ongoing story around their brand on social media to analyze the success of their advertising, public relations and marketing campaigns.
“These new features originated from our customers, as many of the great innovations inside NUVI do. We are fortunate to be working with some of the world’s largest brands and most innovative agencies to create a beautiful, real-time insights platform that delivers bottom-line results.”
NUVI analyzes data from millions of sources, including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google+, Delicious, Reddit, Vimeo, Flickr and more than 3 million RSS feeds. The data is then presented in a visually intuitive, real-time display of conversations that measure influence and sentiment, allowing users to immediately engage their detractors and evangelists.
New NUVI features include:
Spike Analysis identifies the reasons behind bursts in social conversations. Within spikes of digital chatter, users can dive deep into causes and explore key findings, such as identifying key social media influencers and trends in positive and negative shared sentiment. Users can also label spikes on their NUVI Mentions Timeline for easy identification.
Comparison Reports can be created to break down different campaigns or competitors side by side in a digestible presentation. Users no longer have to generate separate reports and with one click can immediately compare the success of different campaigns. Comparison reports include a summary of all digital activity, as well as more detailed sections revealing volume, sentiment, trends, influencers and location data.
“Social intelligence begins with real-time monitoring and active listening. Even organizations who do not have a large volume of online or social conversation about their specific brand can benefit from active monitoring of their competitors and the market segments they operate in,” said Dave Oldham, CEO and co-founder of NUVI. “These new features originated from our customers, as many of the great innovations inside NUVI do. We are fortunate to be working with some of the world’s largest brands and most innovative agencies to create a beautiful, real-time insights platform that delivers bottom-line results.”
NUVI will showcase these new features during the 2013 PRSA National Conference. Interested parties can visit the Business Wire booth (#301) at the exhibition to learn more.
