Franks RedHot Original Chicken Wings
Prep Time: 10 min. Cook Time 20 min.
Ingredients:
2 1/2lbs chicken wing pieces
¾ cup Frank’s RedHot Wing Sauce (any flavor)
Directions:
1. Bake wings in a foil lined pan at 500 degrees on the lowest oven rack for 20 minutes or until crispy; turn once.
2. Toss Wings in sauce to coat
Alternate cooking directions: Deep-fry at 375 for 10 minutes or broil 6inches from heat 15-20 minutes.
Want to switch it up some? Try Honey BBQ Sesame Wings
Ingredients:
¼ cup honey BBQ sauce
¼ cup Frank’s RedHot Cayenne Pepper Sauce
¼ cup apricot Jam
1 Tbsp. Asian sesame oil
2 1/2 lbs Chicken wings, split and tips discarded
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
Combine BBQ sauce, Frank’s, jam and sesame oil; set aside.
Deep fry wings at 375 for 10 minutes or until cooked and crisp; drain.
Toss wing with jam mixture; serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
