On Sunday September 25th the RMCH Charity Abseil is taking place. It is not a challenge for the fainthearted! Or for anybody afraid of heights! Taking place at the 19 storey Hyatt Regent Hotel, the volunteers will travel from the roof right down to the ground.
This breathtaking feat conjures up images of Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible and one quick look at the size of the building clearly shows you why! The Hyatt Regent is a key feature of Manchester’s skyline. Zouk owners Tayub and Mudassar have never participated in this challenge before. However, this year, along with Zouk Manager Sylvester and brother-in-law Perri Awan they will put their fears aside and go for it. The Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital Charity includes a family of hospitals that deliver world-class medical care to our wonderful community. This year Zouk has committed to working to fundraise for the charity by supporting their calendar of fund-raising events and hosting fundraising events of our own to raise even more cash.
