Hello!
I know my zencart version is very old, right now I could not find anybody can help me to upgrade yet. I would like to get help if any one know how solve the problem I have just now by easy way and without update the version.
This weekend suddenly I can not receive the copy of order confirmation, and my customers can not get the copy as well. I have to go to background check instead. I have not change any setting, attach my email option setting below:
