When you made DNS changes to redirect a URL to a different IP address, it can take up to a few days for your local DNS server to get the new address if it has a cached record (the previous record would have told your local DNS server how long to wait to check again, regardless of clearing your browser cache and cookies, and the DNS server you're using may not check again for up to 3 days).
I just checked your TTLs (Time to Live http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_to_live ) and they are set to 48 hours, so you might have to wait awhile. Meanwhile, you can try from a computer at a different location where there is DNS server that may not have a cached record of your site's address so that it can get the new address without waiting.
