WOBURN, MA – The Middlesex District Attorney handed down 55 indictments between November 8 and December 8.

The list of indictments, announced on Thursday, include three with ties to Wilmington:

Brian Caputo, 41, of Lowell, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (2 counts), assault with a dangerous weapon, malicious destruction of property, resisting arrest, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, 5th offense, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle after suspension of a license. Caputo’s August 26th spree began in Wilmington and ended in Woburn, where Wilmington Police took him into custody, but not before he rammed two of their cruisers.

Jeison Diaz-Adujar, 25, of Wilmington, was charged with trafficking fentanyl, trafficking over 18 grams of cocaine, and furnishing a false name.  The arrest took place in Lowell.

Fox Maxwell, 19, of Winchester, was charged with perjury.  Maxwell, a 2015 graduate of Wilmington High School, was one of the best wrestlers for the Wildcats in recent memory.  He has gotten caught up in his friend’s legal troubles.

These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Ayer

Troy Lenhart, 50, of Ayer, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Christine Maltby.

Bedford

Stephen Gingras, 39, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was charged with unarmed robbery. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.

Billerica

Michael Sienkiewicz, 46, of Milton, was charged with larceny over $250 (4 counts), money laundering, and false entry into corporate books. The Assistant District Attorneys are Doug Cannon and Cyrus Chung.

Cambridge

Josephine Simard, 37, of Boston, was charged with larceny from a building (5 counts), receiving stolen property over $250, and receiving stolen property under $250 (5 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Mary F.P. O’Neill.

Luis Urbaez, 31, of Cambridge, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, subsequent offense, possession of ammunition without a license, and being an armed career criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Kleimola.

Jeremy Wilson, 57, was charged with larceny over $250 (3 counts), credit card fraud, forgery, uttering a forged document, false presentation of a claim (2 counts), stealing in a building, intentional theft of a stolen motor vehicle, being a common and notorious thief, and being a habitual criminal. The Assistant District Attorneys are Doug Cannon and Cyrus Chung.

Everett

Joaquin Armaiz, 46, of Everett, was charged with distribution of a Class B substance, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Julie Kunkel.

Valdeci Jacome, 45, of Everett, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, and mayhem. The Assistant District Attorney is Carrie Spiros.

Jose Robles-Morales, 39, of Chelsea, was charged with trafficking over 36 grams of heroin, possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance, subsequent offense, and possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Julie Kunkel.

Framingham

Elpidio Baez-Arias, 34, of Framingham, was charged with trafficking over 100 grams of heroin, trafficking over 18 grams of heroin, distribution of a Class A substance, violating the drug laws near a school/park, furnishing a false name, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.

Andrew Josefek, 41, of Framingham, was charged with possession of an incendiary device, placing an incendiary device, and possession of components of an incendiary device.The Assistant District Attorney is Kristen Noto.

John Miller, 25, of Framingham, was charged with assault and battery causing injury to a person with a disability, assault and battery on a police officer, and resisting arrest. The Assistant District Attorney is Heidi Gosule.

Lexington

Jacob Mobley-Hall, 30, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was charged with open and gross lewdness (5 counts) and indecent exposure (6 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Courtney Linnehan.

Lincoln

Jocelyn Sacdalan, 51, of the Bahamas,  was charged with aggravated rape of a child, rape of a child by force, and indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14 (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Thomas Brant.

Lowell

Sothea An, 25, of Lowell, was charged with trafficking over 36 grams of cocaine, possession of a large capacity firearm, possession of a large capacity feeding device (3 counts), and possession of ammunition. The Assistant District Attorney is Jason Chandler.

Mark Ashe, 22, was charged with home invasion, assault and battery with adangerous weapon on a person over the age of 60 ,and armed assault in a dwelling. The Assistant District Attorney is Heidi Gosule.

Fautino Carmona, 23, of Lowell, was charged with trafficking over 10 grams of fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute a Class E substance, and violating the drug laws near a school/park (3 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is John Dawley.

Nathan Chhoun, 15, of Lowell, was charged as a youthful offender (2 counts) with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Lisa Fuccione.

Timmy Chhoun, 18, of Lowell, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Lisa Fuccione.

David Cifredo, 30, of Lowell, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, attempted assault and battery with a firearm, carrying a loaded firearm, and carrying a firearm without a license, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Daniel Harren.

Juan Garcia, 20, of Lowell, was charged with trafficking over 10 grams of fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute a Class E substance, and violating the drug laws near a school/park (3 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is John Dawley.

Hector Gomez, 34, of Lowell, was charged with trafficking over 10 grams of fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute a Class E substance, and violating the drug laws near a school/park (3 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is John Dawley.

Kristopher Kendall, 30, of Lowell, was charged with trafficking over 18 grams of cocaine. The Assistant District Attorney is Mary F.P. O’Neill.

Saunders Khath, 25, of Lowell, was charged with strangulation and assault and battery on a household or family member. The Assistant District Attorney is Emily Jackson.

Abdulai Maranda, 22, of Lowell, was charged with possession of a firearm without a license, distribution of a Class B substance, possession of ammunition, and being an armed career criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is John Dawley.

Kim Ly Rath, 35, of Tyngsborough, was charged with possession of a large capacity firearm and possession of ammunition. The Assistant District Attorney is Nils Lundblad.

Sary Rath, 30, of Lowell, was charged with trafficking over 18 grams of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm without a license, and possession of ammunition. The Assistant District Attorney is Nils Lundblad.

Samnang Song, 26, of Lowell, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance (2 counts), possession of a large capacity feeding device, and possession of ammunition. The Assistant District Attorney is Nils Lundblad.

Malden

David Donato, 29, was charged with indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14, breaking and entering in the daytime to commit a felony, lewd and lascivious behavior, and assault and battery. The Assistant District Attorney is Jessica Noble.

Paul Griffin, 28, of Malden, was charged with open and gross lewdness (6 counts), accosting and annoying a person of the opposite sex (6 counts), operating a motor vehicle to endanger, failure to stop for police, and resisting arrest. The Assistant District Attorney is Kevin Ryle.

Kevin Scribner, 29, was charged with indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14, open and gross lewdness, and annoying an accosting a person of the opposite sex. The Assistant District Attorney is Jessica Noble.

Marlborough

Richard Findley, 27, of Marlborough, was charged with larceny in a building, larceny over $250 (2 counts), breaking into a depository, malicious destruction of property under $250, and possession of burglarious instruments. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.

Medford

Brandon Bottari, 28, was charged with armed robbery. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Hartigan.

Stephen Callinan, 50, of Somerville, was charged with larceny over $250 from a person over the age of 60 (3 counts) and being a habitual offender (3 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Justine Bavaro.

Philip Clark, 22, of Chelsea, was charged with rape (2 counts) and assault and battery (3 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Ceara Mahoney.

Melrose

John Hughes, 71, of Revere, was charged with larceny over $250 (5 counts) and receiving outside compensation by a municipal employee. The Assistant District Attorneys are Doug Cannon and Cyrus Chung.

Somerville

Henry Alvarez, 19, of Somerville, was charged as a youthful offender (4 counts) with armed robbery (4 counts) and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Ceara Mahoney.

Tyrone Burgo, 31, of Stoughton, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over the age of 60, assault and battery on a person over the age of 60, and unarmed robbery. The Assistant District Attorney is Justine Bavaro.

Jonathan Daniell, 29, of Arlington, was charged with armed masked robbery and attempted armed masked robbery. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Hartigan.

Lisa Fucci, 44, of Somerville, was charged with breaking and entering in the daytime to commit a felony and putting a person in fear, breaking and entering in the daytime to commit a felony, larceny over $250, larceny in a building, malicious destruction of property under $250, and misuse of a credit card (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.

Erwin Tobar, 36, was charged with aggravated rape of a child under the age of 14 (2 counts), forcible rape of a child under the age of 14 (2 counts), and indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14. The Assistant District Attorney is Allison Brown.

Stoneham

Shane Corbett, 24, of Stoneham, was charged with trafficking over 36 grams of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute a Class C substance (2 counts), possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance, possession with intent to distribute a Class E substance (2 counts), possession of a Class C substance, and possession of a Class E substance. The Assistant District Attorney is Julie Kunkel.

Ross Minotti, 46, of Stoneham, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury and witness intimidation. The Assistant District Attorney is Maren Schrader.

Tewksbury

Peter Brooks, 61, of Billerica, was charged with leaving the scene of a collision causing death. The Assistant District Attorney is Melissa Baima.

Wendi Castillo-Roman, 40, of Lawrence, was charged with trafficking over 18 grams of cocaine. The Assistant District Attorney is Jason Chandler.

Amanda Ferreria, 19, of Tewksbury, was charged with perjury. The Assistant District Attorney is Daniel Harren.

Fox Maxwell, 19, of Winchester, was charged with perjury. The Assistant District Attorney is Daniel Harren.

Wakefield

Igor Cruz, 19, of Malden, was charged with assault and battery causing serious bodily injury, aggravated burglary, breaking and entering in the nighttime to commit a felony, and unarmed robbery. The Assistant District Attorney is Carrie Spiros.

Michelle Dauphin, 22, of Malden, was charged with assault and battery causing serious bodily injury, aggravated burglary, breaking and entering in the nighttime to commit a felony, and unarmed robbery. The Assistant District Attorney is Carrie Spiros.

Curtis Day, 18, of Beverly, was charged with armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, assault and battery, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, and resisting arrest. The Assistant District Attorney is Jessica Noble.

Wayland

Jennifer Wood, 47, of Sudbury, was charged with larceny over $250 (4 counts), forgery, and uttering a false record. The Assistant District Attorney is Doug Nagengast.
