WEST YARMOUTH, MA — Kathleen A. “Kay” (Connolly) Stone, 76, passed away on April 16, 2016, She was the beloved wife of 55 years to Francis L. “Frank” Stone.
Born and raised in Cambridge, she was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School in Cambridge. She raised her family in Wilmington, MA., and retired to West Yarmouth in 2000.
In addition to her husband she leaves three daughters and their husbands. Deborah and Joel Trippier of Yarmouth Port, Nancy and Tom Brown of South Yarmouth and Kathleen and Patrick Sincebaugh of Orlando, FL. She leaves seven grandchildren, Nicole, Taylor, Mackenzie, Courtney, Ryan, Brooke and Paige. She was sister of John and Barbara Connolly, Patricia and Douglass MacNeil, Dennis and Joanne Connolly and the late Kevin Connolly. She also leaves many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday April 19, from 4-7 pm at the Morris, O’Connor & Blute Funeral Home, 58 Long Pond Dr., South Yarmouth. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday April 20 at 10 am at Saint Pius X Church, Station Ave., South Yarmouth. Burial will be in Chandler Gray Cemetery, West Yarmouth.
