I taught myself how to program at age 6 from a college textbook. In the following years I developed expertise in operating systems, compilers, microarchitecture, and computer graphics. At age 18 I began working at the Knowledge-Centric Software Laboratory at Iowa State University to apply my knowledge of compilers to analyze complex software. At age 20 I co-founded EnSoft Corp. where I currently serve as Chief Technology Officer. Today EnSoft has over 250 customers including every major aerospace, automotive, and defense company worldwide.
I am currently a Co-PI on the DARPA Space/Time Analysis for Cybersecurity program. In addition, I was the Co-PI for a top performing team on the DARPA Automated Program Analysis for Cybersecurity program, and was involved in the DARPA Software Enabled Control program.
