TEG is a group formed to experiment with new technologies that have potential to enhance the student learning experience.

Disrupting Vision

The ideas behind the TEG can be found in a thought piece by Richard Francis, which was inspired by a visit he made with Academic Liaison Librarian Debbie Lenihan in June 2015 to the Disruptive Media Learning Lab (DMLL) at the University of Coventry. It’s a light-hearted piece, to be read in a spirit of adventure but with some serious themes for discussion.

Lunchbyte programme Semester 2 Jan - May 2017

Headington Library Help Zone Training Area unless stated otherwise.

The flavour of the semester is minimalism. Let's face it, it's easy to binge on technology - at times it feels like too much of a good thing. Time to go on a digital diet. We'll try to keep things sleek and simple by looking at achieving results with lightweight tools and solutions. You don't always need pro equipment to achieve pro results. And you'll feel better for it!
