Virginia Giuffre, the woman who accused convicted offender Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew of alleged sexual abuse, says she now has four days to live after getting in a car crash. The 41-year-old posted an Instagram photo on Sunday of herself head-to-toe in bruises lying in a hospital bed. She claims to have gone into renal failure after a vehicle collision involving a school bus.

"I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can," she wrote. "I've gone into kidney renal failure, they've given me four days to live." Giuffre says the doctors have transferred her to a urology specialist hospital.
"I'm ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time," she continued. "You know what they say about wishes. S**T in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee it's still going to be s**t at the end of the day."
She ended the post by thanking everyone "for being the wonderful people of the world and for being a great part of my life." Giuffre then said "Godbless you all xx Virginia."
This horrifying accident came after Giuffre sued Prince Andrew in 2021 for the abuse she allegedly suffered at his hands. The woman also alleged that Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell trafficked her. This trafficking is how she ended up meeting Prince Andrew as a teenager, despite the royal's refusals of admission.
Since then, Giuffre has campaigned for victims of assault and trafficking. Even before then, in 2015, Giuffre created the non-profit Victims Refuse Silence. She then relaunched it in 2021 under the name Speak Out, Act, Reclaim (SOAR).
Epstein's arrest, sentencing, and then death in prison eventually led to an investigation into his wife, Maxwell. She allegedly also helped with the trafficking of underage girls. Maxwell is now in prison for 20 years after being convicted of child trafficking in 2021.
Giuffre's final farewell post is heartbreaking, especially to those who looked up to her. The victims of assault whom she helped give voices to will surely remember her fondly.
