We are looking for an exceptional and savvy CS + CRM expert (Infusionsoft preferred) to join our fast growing, busy, exciting team. You need to be a super positive person who loves to fix problems, help people and make customers feel delighted!

You’ll be providing customer support over email as well as assisting the team in a range of web business management tasks including website updating, community management, CRM system updates + the rest of the wide range of tasks that comes in an online empire.

This is a work-from-home position. You can work from anywhere in the world in your pyjamas surrounded by cats (or dogs… even ferrets if you like them!)

ABOUT US:

Leonie Dawson International Pty Ltd is a fast growing online company that doubles in size each year. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, making our biggest goals come true, combining right brain woo-woo intuitiveness with left brain strategy + taking the business to the next incredible level. We are heart-centered, goal-loving, dedicated + disciplined and we need you to be too.

You need to have:

Ability to work full-time hours (40 hours a week) (this can be negotiated but during Nov-Jan it’s likely to be the full 40 hours).

Availability to be a long-term member of a rapidly growing business. We like our peeps to stick around for both a good time AND a long time.

Availability for email processing at consistent times every day, Monday through Friday. Our tribe needs tending to, and consistency is key.

Willingness and ability to learn new software and skills as needed–and to do so sometimes very rapidly. Ya gotta love tech!

You can be based anywhere in the world. If you are not based in Australia, you will be classified as an independent contractor.

SKILLS YOU WILL NEED

Required:

Advanced skill level with a CRM (Infusionsoft preferred but if you can demonstrate to us how you would transfer skills from something like Salesforce or another product we’re keen!)

Experience assisting other solopreneurs, micro businesses or small businesses with an emphasis in customer service via email and/or social media

Excellent problem solving skills - you need to be able to take an issue and work your way to a good solution to serve our peeps.

Super responsible, mature, self-motivated & self-disciplined. You’ll be working online and need to manage your own workload to meet all our deadlines and goals. We’re a team of recovering workaholics, and if you’re not fast-paced and driven, you will not keep up.

Exceptionally high levels of attention to detail, follow-through and thorough communication.

Ability to recognise and own your own mistakes and develop solutions to address the error before seeking support on what to do. This is important because our customers are our focus and if you make a mistake, it’s okay, it’s how we learn - but you’ll need to own it, apologise for it wholeheartedly, fix the mistake and look at ways to fix our systems so it won’t happen again!

Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies + software platforms. You are suuuuuper comfortable on the internet and computers and handheld devices andandand… - it’s your preferred place of being.

Willingness to learn, and ability to be self directed in your learning - that is if you don’t know what to do, you know how to use Google and you can!

References: Testimonials are great; contact information for prior clients/employers that we can contact is preferred.

Preferred:

Experience in Wordpress

Experience in project management cloud software (i.e. Teamwork)

Experience in Sirportly or like platforms

Experience in Memberium or like platforms

If you don’t have experience in these - share your experiences in relevant platforms + tell us how you go with adapting to new tech!

Other Important Pieces To Note

We’re hippy-dippy but we’ve also got a standard of excellence. We measure performance and report on customer service to make sure that it’s continuously scrumptious. If you don’t like full transparency and constructive feedback to grow, this isn’t the right fit for you.

We are also lovey-dovey as all buggery… with each other and with our customers. We expect you to continue that scrumptious tradition. After all, our clients are our treasured friends… and putting a smile on their faces is part of your job! Hooray!

We are a workplace that celebrates unicorns, swearing, awkwardly long cuddles & oversharing. If the sound of that makes your skin crawl, we’re probs not the right fit for you.

If you don’t LOVE customer service and are looking at this as an entry job to get to somewhere else in the company, this is not the right job for you. It can get wildly busy around these parts, with some seasons being a customer service tsunami! We need someone who lives and breathes delighting customers, who can ride the wild waves & enjoy the journey of helping peeps!
