If you want something simple, easy to follow, and straightforward; this product delivers. However, you should be comfortable with the lack of technical aspects. The author stripped this program down to be as user-friendly as possible. Based on that and other factors, we grant the E-Factor Diet a deserved 4 out of 5 stars rating.
Simplicity is E-Factor Diet’s strongest feature. The method itself contains easy-to-remember guidelines guided by “listening” to how your body reacts to foods. Aside from some necessary food and physiology terms, the whole program is not hard to digest. You will definitely get some important points that you can immediately use after your first read through.
The main drawback of this program is that it feels like a sales pitch for John’s meal replacement beverage. UX3 Perfect Meal Formula is John’s own brand of whey protein isolate. Yes, the diet program makes a lot of sense and UX3 aligns with the diet program’s principles. However, a touch of classy selling within the program would have been nice. Shameless product plugging can be a bit distracting.
