First, we just have to acknowledge…

Our amazing sponsors! Their contributions subsidize the cost of the conference and allow us to keep ticket prices uniquely affordable. We could not put on this event without their support, and we encourage you to get to know the companies demonstrating their real commitment to women in the workplace.

Help in Planning Your Day

As you think about what you’d like to get out of the conference day, we encourage you to browse our online agenda as well as download our NEW app, brought to you by Cisco and available on all major platforms. Browse the day’s offerings and save your favorite events to a private, personal schedule. Get realtime alerts and program updates. Use the handy networking feature to facilitate new connections. (If you have last year’s app, please delete it and search “WatermarkConf” for the latest version!)

What to Expect

The Conference is anchored by two powerful keynote sessions – one in the morning and one over lunch; three different hour-long breakout sessions and multiple small business and social media roundtables in the afternoon. But that’s not nearly all!

Enter the Exhibit Hall and you’ll find the Gilead Career Pavilion, the Social Hub, the Dell Technology Pavilion, the Ericsson Community Connection Pavilion and the Women-Owned Business Marketplace. You’re also invited to a wine tasting reception sponsored by Bonterra Organic Vineyards in the Exhibit Hall from 4:00-5:00 pm.

Gilead Career Pavilion

The Gilead Career Pavilion is open all day, 7:30am – 5:00 pm, and is one of our most consistently popular offerings for a reason. You’ll want to bring your current resume for free professional critique, and organize your thoughts in advance for a free one-on-one coaching session with a coach from the International Coach Federation San Francisco Bay Area chapter. In addition, some of our sponsors will be on site recruiting. No advance sign-up is required.

The Social Hub

The Social Hub is the perfect spot to connect and recharge! Visit our photo booth for a souvenir snapshot and to add your face to our “Who’s In?” wall. And do not miss Amanda Healy’s fabulous Social Profile Makeover Workshops, offered from 11am – 4:45pm. Power up at a charging station before you leave.

Ericsson Community Connection Pavilion

Stop by to learn about opportunities to get involved, and to drop off your donations of new and gently-used professional accessories, handbags and jewelry for Dress for Success San Jose (booth #615).

Women-Owned Business Marketplace

Come take advantage of the many opportunities available to entrepreneurs in the Women-Owned Business Marketplace, plus support other women-owned small businesses by shopping the exhibits.

Stop by the QVC+zulily stage to watch live product pitches and realtime expert feedback. Limited walk-up presenter slots will be available in the afternoon. Learn more.

From 3:00 – 4:40 pm, join one of several Small Business Roundtables for an intimate unscripted talk led by an expert facilitator.

Dell Technology Pavilion

Put the Dell Technology Pavilion on your list for the afternoon – there you’ll find digital experts leading small-scale Social Media Roundtables from 3:00 – 4:40. Bring your questions!

While you’re there, stop by the Yahoo! booth for a free headshot. Then unwind with a complimentary massage, courtesy of Dell.
