An independent, not-for-profit workforce development organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Social and Digital Communications Senior Program Manager.
Must be able to:
Develop front line innovation program
Collaborate with Customer Success team to communicate to ACT stakeholders full range of available learning solutions and services
Participate in the hiring and mentoring of team members
Qualifications Include:
Up to 25% Travel
Bachelors degree in a related area required, preferably in marketing/communications
A minimum of five years related experience required, preferably from educational field experience at the elementary, secondary, or postsecondary level and/or developing training or other professional learning content for adult learners
Knowledge and experience with Americans with Disabilities Act (508c) compliance requirements
Highly customer centric orientation
Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design helpful
