Tom Mazzone – 23, From the cycling mecca of The Isle of Man. Up and coming talent that prefers the hustle and bustle of an high speed finale. Placed 9th in the prestigious Otley Grand Prix last year. Also hoping for Commonwealth Games selection in 2018.

Directeur Sportif : Colin Sturgess

Former World Pursuit Champion and National Road Race Champion. Having lived, raced and won in various Countries in the World, what Colin doesn’t know about bike racing frankly isn’t worth knowing. This will be his first full year in the role and already he’s chomping at the bit to help the lads get stuck in !

Mechanic : Bob (Rooster) Rouse

Very experienced spanner man, cool under pressure. Has worked for many UK domestic Teams inc Pinarello, Recycling and Linda McCartney. Former bike racer himself, passionate about the sport and can often be seen ‘hanging out of a car window’ getting his point across to someone with maybe less knowledge !

Team Owner : Andrew Swain

Now in his 8th year of running a successful bike racing team under the banner of his Melton Mowbray based CNC Engineering Company ‘Metaltek’. The Team for the past few seasons is renowned for being ‘the best of the rest’ which generally means not being full-time proffesionals like the UCI Continental Teams but they compete on equal terms, and often create upsets to the form book – a true underdog story
