Neutrals against a winter palette are just meant to be, so Zoya’s December release of the Naturel 3 Nail Polish and Lipstick Collection couldn’t have come at a better time. This collection is the third Naturel installment from the brand, which offers muted natural and nude tones for nails so you can find your perfect natural tone to rock all year round. With this installment Zoya has included three of their newly released lipstick shades (a full review is coming soon to VR) which I think is a nice touch. Let’s look at photos and swatches of this nail and lip collection.
Zoya Naturel 3 Collection
The Naturel 3 collection officially launched on December 15th, 2016 and includes six one-coat cream polishes in a variety of neutral nudes, taupe, and cool, plummy brown shades. In comparing these to the other Natural collections (see the Naturel collection here, and Naturel Duex here), Naturel 3 seems to do a good job at filling in the gaps as far as shade variety and tonal qualities. Of course the Zoya cream finish is my favorite, which makes it a joy to swatch for you!
Naturel 3
Tatum
Tatum is described as a “medium light nude cream with a warm base in the classic 2-coat coverage formula”.
Above I have swatched two coats of Tatum. The application was smooth and creamy, and I was satisfied with the coverage when applying two coats. The color is beautiful and I think it gives my hands that “mannequin” hand look that will take me through the winter months on into spring!

Cathy
Cathy is described as a “light pinky nude cream in the classic 2-coat coverage formula”.
Above I have swatched two coats of Cathy. This one leans more nude than pink for me and I’m loving it — almost like nude hose for my nails! The formula is beautiful and easy to work with, making this one a winner in my book.

Jill
Jill is described as a “lighter mauve cream nude in the classic 2-coat coverage formula”.
I swatched two coats of Jill above and loved every minute of it! It is my favorite of this collection – just a little touch of mauve that isn’t too overwhelming or dark for me and is the perfect sweater-weather shade. The formula was very nice with this one and it smoothed to perfection.

Gina
Gina is described as a “medium brown neutral cream in the classic 2-coat coverage formula”.
Gina is one of those neutral browns that doesn’t give the nails super wow factor, but still has understated elegance. I like that it doesn’t lean too chocolate-y (although I do love me some chocolate!) so that it can still be worn by pale skintones easily as an everyday neutral. The formula was chocolate-y smooth (you know I had to thrown that in there!) and was easily opaque with the two coats. Simply lovely!

Mary
Mary is described as a “medium raisin cream in the classic 2-coat coverage formula”.
If you haven’t tried a shade like Mary you will want to get your nails on this one. A unique shade of brown with a hint of mauve and purple, I’m loving the cooler tones in this one. The formula was smooth and easy to apply, and although I would consider this a little more of a winter statement nail for me, it is unique and beautiful for winter and fall!

Debbie
Debbie is described as a “plum brown cream in the classic 2-coat coverage formula”.
Two coats of smooth, silky plum brown goodness was my experience with Debbie in application. I love the rich color that covers perfectly in two coats and also find this one unique to any other brown shades I own!

Overall I feel like the Naturel 3 Collection offers a great variety in neutrals, especially if you are looking to add plummy browns or taupes as well as a few neutral shades to your collection. as far as favorites, I would have to say that Jill and Tatum are my favorites since it seems like I could easily wear those any day of the week and I would coordinate with anything! Cathy is one I will wear winter and fall, and when I’m craving a rich plummy brown my nails will be requesting Debbie!
Naturel 3 Lipstick Collection
Zoya has selected three shades from their new lipstick line to coordinate with the Naturel 3 Collection. I will have a full review very soon on the blog so keep an eye out, but in the meantime here are a few closeups of the three Naturel shades as well as swatches for you.
Zoya Cameron is described as a “creamy nude lipstick with a hydrating, satin cream finish”
Zoya Paisley is described as a “ultra-wearable blush rose lipstick with a hydrating, satin cream finish”
Zoya Maxwell is described as a “deep plum with a subtle fuchsia fleck in a modern matte finish”
Swatched L to R: Cameron (cream), Paisley (cream), Maxwell (metallic fleck)
Stay tuned for a full review of the lipsticks! I wore Maxwell over the holidays and thought it was very holiday-festive, although because of the metallic flecks it did seem to dry out my lips faster than the others.
