Khalwale in a tweet on Sunday, February 12, mocked the situation the embattled Jubilee senator was in.

This is after workers from Shell had arrived in Naivasha along the Nakuru-Nairobi highway to pull down the petrol station owned by the senator.

In his tweet, Khalwale claimed the petrol station was built through proceeds from the National Youth Service (NYS) scandal.

Workers from Shell had arrived in Naivasha along the Nakuru-Nairobi highway to pull down the petrol station owned by the senator.

Khalwale's attack on the senator comes just days after he was involved in a gun drama at the disputed petrol station.

Njoroge on Tuesday, February 7, confronted Shell/Vivo Managing Director Polycarp Igathe at Shell Petrol Station near Karai shopping centre along the Nairobi-Naivasha highway.

Igathe and his team had arrived at the petrol station owned by the senator to recover their company assets.

Khalwale's attack on the senator comes just days after he was involved in a gun drama at the disputed petrol station.

The senator is said to have been incensed when the Shell workers started to remove the logo from the petrol station.

It was then that Njoroge removed his pistol and fired twice above Igathe sending him and some of the workers fleeing.

The senator was later charged for misuse of a firearm and arraigned in court.
