So, over the past few years, life has became very difficult at times and very busy at times. Sticking to a standard 3/4 day split just wasnt happening, missed sessions, etc etc. Now im returning to training im thinking of approaching it slightly differently. Instead of scheduling frequency, kind of auto regulate instead. So, instead of saying "Pull/Push/Legs - Mon/Wed/Fri", "Upper/Lower - Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri" or "full-body - Tue/Thu/Sat" im thinking of an upper body / lower body split and...
