End of Year Report Cards
Year-end report cards for returning students will be available from PowerSchool, FileBox on Tuesday, June 9 from 12 noon. Senior and leaving students records will be ready for pick up at 4:00 pm, Friday, June 5, if requested two weeks in advance. On Saturday, June 6 the Admissions Office will be open from 9am to 11:30 am for leavers’ documents that have been requested 10 working days in advance.
To minimize delays, parents or students themselves, not friends, should pick up the report cards to ensure accuracy of information. Final report cards cannot be prepared any earlier that the above dates due to exams and testing which continue through the final week of school. Thank you for your understanding!

From the Library - Summer Hours
For all returning staff and students, you are welcome to check out books from the library during summer. The library will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9 AM to 3:30 PM, between June 16 and July 30. We invite you to join us for the weekly Family Movie Time on Tuesday and Story Corner on Thursday, starting at 10 Am at the Elementary Library. We will resume the regular schedule on Wednesday August 12.
Visa and Passport Expiring?
Please check all passports and visas for your family to ensure that any that are due to expire during the summer holiday are renewed in a timely fashion. Any student turning 18 years of age should contact our HR department at least 1 month prior to their birthday to arrange a student visa if they are to remain enrolled at TIS. If you have questions please contact Admissions.
Summer Admissions Testing
TIS will continue testing students this summer for enrollment to the 2015-2016 school year. If you have other children who wish to apply or friends who are interested in applying to TIS, please see the following dates for upcoming admissions testing:
July 28
August 4
Registration will be at 8:30 a.m. Testing will be from 9:00 - 3:30pm. For more information please email: admissions@tiseagles.com
From the School Nurse
Please take advantage of summer holiday to update immunizations for your family. Current tetanus booster is required for participation in Fall and Spring Camps. All new students and students entering grades 5 and 9 must submit a complete medical exam - forms are available in the Admissions Office and the campus clinic. Have a safe and healthy summer!

1:1 Macbook program- incoming 7th graders
If you will be a new MacBook user, remember to order your MacBook in time to have it ready when school begins. For more information, refer to the letter that was emailed on May 21st. If the computer is shipped to your address, please bring the computer to the IT Helpdesk no later than Monday, August 10th, so that it can be prepared for your child before school begins.
8th graders - PE uniforms required for high school PE
In high school P.E. classes, students are required to wear a P.E. uniform. Students had the opportunity to check sizes in their P.E. class on May 8th. Uniforms will be available for purchase in the Hub at the beginning of the school year. If you have any questions please ask P.E. teachers Sung Hwe Kim or Irene Annis.
High School
2015 High School Graduation Ceremony
On Friday evening, June 5, the class of 2015 will celebrate their graduation from high school at 8:00 PM in the TIS auditorium. Family, friends, and the TIS community are invited to join this happy occasion. A cake reception will follow the ceremony. Bussing schedule is located in the General Announcements.

Remember June 6th SAT test!
Students should meet at the 4th floor HS secretary's desk by 7:30 am with their admission ticket and passport/student ID (Required). A hearty breakfast and a good night's rest is the best test preparation!
