On 18th November 2016 London Distribution Park applied to Thurrock Council for  Application for the removal or variation of a condition following grant of planning permission: Proposed variation of condition nos. 3 (approved plans), 12 (external materials), 14 (BREEAM) and 26 (noise mitigation) of planning permission ref. 15/01483/FUL (Full planning application for development of southern part of London Distribution Park (approved under outline planning permission 14/00487/CV) for new sortation and fulfilment centre comprising warehouse and distribution building (B8) with ancillary offices and yard areas, security and amenity buildings, staff car parking, circulation routes and landscaping, with access from existing roundabout on A1089 and formation of new access from Dock Road).

An Environmental Statement has been submitted in accordance with the above regulation. Members of the public may inspect the application, plans, Environmental Statement and all other documents submitted with the application on the council’s website or at Thurrock Council Civic Offices, New Road, Grays, during normal office hours.
