Hi everyone, I hope you have a wonderful weekend. YES! it’s my ( Mayline’s) turn to share a project as part of our Mirror Image Event with So Suzy Stamps and My Sweet Petunia.
Can you see my dirty MISTI in the picture? I have used it for 2years and it is one of my must-have item. I bought MISTI at the beginning of March 2015 from My Sweet Petunia. Why I remember? At that time I often messed up my card because of lack of stamping skill. I could not stamp a sentiment exact position that I wanted or stamped it out of center. Also when I stamp a solid image I could not stamp it well. You know what I mean. So when I discover MISTI I ordered it imminently and since then without MISTI I cannot imagine in my card-making life. At that time many Korean crafter asked me what is it? where you get it? So I always gave them the link of My Sweet Petunia website.
A new evolution stamp is on my hand!! It’s MIRROR STAMP from the So Suzy Stamps !!! It’s cool tool and amazing. I can reverse stamp images. For sure it’s going to be my must-have item! Also.. one of my must-have item is the Noir Dye Ink from The Ton.
OK! Are you ready to take a look at my card? Here is the card for this event! I use my favorite stamp set “Haute Wedding Dress”
I started this card with the Folk Art Florals Background stamp that I stamp on a some white cardstock penal using our Smoky Quartz Dye ink . And set aside.
Next I stamped the girl in the dress from Haute Wedding Dress using Mirror stamp on separate A2 sized white cardstock (I followed the instructions from the Mirror Image Video .) and stamped the girl in the dress using Noir Dye Ink on the same cardstock. So two girls faced each other.
After that I stamped flowers from So Suzy Stamp”Ranunculus Outline stamp” using a masking techniques on the stamped paper I then colored them using Zig brush markers. Next I fussy cut only white space of paper as you can see in the picture above.
Next, I adhered them together. To finish off I stamped a sentiment from Born Classy stamp set in our Noir Dye ink on the penal.
