MY VERDICT
Due to health reasons, I started incorporating more plant based meals in my diet. However, I need a lot of protein in my diet, because I used to be a full blown Type 2 Diabetic and as per my doctor’s advise. I was thrilled that I was given the chance to try Everlast Nutrition’s Vegan Protein Powder, as it suits my lifestyle and dietary needs. I take it before and after working out and I feel that it is a good product to ingest, as it helps develop and heal my muscles, before and after working out. It is gluten free, sugar free and dairy free. Needless to say, this Vegan Protein Powder caters to a lot of people who work out and have a lot of food allergies. Two thumbs up for this product!
