We've all been there: You have a closet full of staples (a black pencil skirt, a neutral shift dress, etc) and while they work, they can also make some mornings feel so boring. Having neutrals in your wardrobe is essential, but if you aren't careful you will start to feel meh about your wardrobe—it's key to find a way to spice them up!

Well, I've found a way to do just that. My trick? Incorporating baby pink. I know...pink! But this light shade is actually a neutral (it goes with everything!) but is slightly more interesting than shades like black, gray and beige. In fact, it's already become a staple in the wardrobes of stars like Naya Rivera, Kim Kardashian and Gidi Hadid. It pairs beautifully with other neutrals, easily compliments patterns and adds softness to a look without coming off overly girly.

There are a lot of cool pieces out in the market in this shade that I'm excited to snatch up. But first, I've gathered inspo from some of my favorite celeb fashion icons and street style stars to get in the perfect shopping frame of mind. Take a look...

These baby pink slacks are the perfect addition to the classic black and white combo, and would be perfectly work-appropriate.

Kim Kardashian works baby pink monochromatic like a true pro—I NEED that coat.

The hue on this coat is understated enough for more wild accessories, but still a captivating color. The A-Line cut is also super flattering.

All pink athleisure? Completely doable, according to Gigi Hadid, and I'm ready to jump on the bandwagon.

Pale pink suiting is unique on an entirely different level, and pairing it with black grounds the look.

Here's pink in all it's girlie glory! Short shorts are super fun for summer date nights.

I love a good jumpsuit, and this look is crisp yet romantic in the best way possible.

I actually have this exact Michael Kors mini-satchel in a different shade—looks like I'll be picking up another in pink!
