Okay, so we’re heading into the party season. Christmas, out and about, or at home, not to mention New Year celebrations. Followed by the “shall I, shan’t I?” Dry January challenge. Whether you’re thinking about reducing the alcohol or cutting it out altogether Everleaf have got you covered for Christmas, New Year and anytime, in fact.
No alcohol? No problem
At this time of year, perhaps more than any other, we look forward to enjoying our favourite cocktails. Maybe a Margarita, Mai Tai or Mojito. Or a Negroni, Daiquiri, possibly an Espresso Martini?
Now imagine that you could enjoy these or any equally delicious cocktail of your choice, but without alcohol.
Welcome to the world of Everleaf.
The idea that losing the alcohol shouldn’t mean compromising on the flavour is at the heart of what Everleaf is all about. Created by a bartender and bar owner who appreciates what discerning drinkers look for in a cocktail, at Christmas, over New Year, in fact, absolutely anytime. A bartender who also happens to have been a conservation biologist with the in-depth knowledge of botanicals needed to deliver an intense and complex flavour experience. All without alcohol.
That bartender is Paul Mathew and Everleaf is his creation. Available in three distinctly different expressions.
Forest, Mountain or Marine?
Each Everleaf expression has been meticulously crafted using sustainably sourced botanical distillates and extracts chosen to evoke three distinctive moods.
Exotic saffron and vanilla, along with honeyed orange blossom, take us into the tranquility of Forest. Savoury cherry blossom and sweet mountain strawberry lead us to bittersweet rosehip at the peak of Mountain. And Marine immerses our senses with umami-soaked kelp, zesty bergamot and tropical sea buckthorn.
From simple Spritzes to creative cocktails what will you be mixing?
At home, we suggest starting with a refreshing spritz. But not as you know it. First, decide on your Everleaf base. Forest, Mountain or Marine – why not invite your guests to a tasting? Next, introduce a mixer, go for a complimentary flavoured tonic. Finish with an appealing garnish such as slices of citrus fruits, sprigs of herbs or rich fresh berries.
Now it’s time to get bring out your inner bartender with a cocktail or two. Take a look at the Everleaf website for countless suggestions. In the meantime, here are just three of our favourites.
