PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF ENCINITAS AVAILABILITY OF REQUESTS FOR FUNDING PROPOSALS FY2015-16 The City of Encinitas is soliciting proposals for projects, activities and programs under the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2015-16 (July 1, 2015 – June 30, 2016).
