What i've read about ban on another website:

1. Botting in Diablo 3 is not against any law, except in Germany.

2. D3Tnt not associated with Activision Blizzard Inc. and it may be against their TOS/EULA.

3. D3Tnt is a 3rd party Bot for Blizzard's Diablo 3.

4. D3Tnt is not a cheat or hack , It will not show you things that you cannot normally see in the game and it does not control the game other than keystrokes and mouse movements.

5. D3Tnt does not modify any of game files and does not use a UI mod or make any changes to the game, either on disk or in memory.

6. Blizzard has different detection methods against bots;

The game itself detects the software by searching memory, your hard drive, window titles, or some other means. The current version of TNT is not known to be detected by these methods.

However, it is technically possible for Blizzard to change their detection scheme, if they come up with a new way to detect TNT. This risk cannot be avoided, as the game client can update any time.

Warden only scans the computer that is running their games. Warden also gets msinfo.txt files from users when game crashes even if you don't fill out their crash box and just exit it,

by default all their games send a report to them when the game crashes.

So lets say you have D3Tnt installed on the computer and its causing the game to crash. A log is put into your msinfo file that looks something like this:

1/31/2014 9:30 AM Application Error Faulting application name: TNT.exe

Blizzard will see this and research TNT.exe and what it is well if you go to Google and you type in TNT.exe the 4th result leads to a botting website.

Blizzard then bans the account as they now have proof of you botting. Without proof cant ban any accounts, and being online 24/7 is proof too just FYI.

7. Human behaviour will decrease the ban chance ; You can't flaged by Warden for Played time like 7/24 , but if a GM got a reason to check your Account and see last logout was 7 Days ago, he will check your acc closer.

Do not farm always at the same spot , it is not a human behaviour its a machine behaviour so GM will easly see that you run always the same area and check your acc closer. So always try to use different farm profiles.

Avoid to join private games and not letting your friends join you.People can report your toon and you may get ban.

Don't flag your Account with being AFK when you are Botting, you cant be AFK if you are human so its easy to detect by a human observer.

Never talk about botting Ingame they can read Chatlogs and Warden flag words like Bot.

Hand player wont die 10 times in a row so design your toon strongly or choose suitable lvl of game to your toon before bot.

8. Do not use any additional application , hack , cheat or auto it , D3tnt is the safest bot in the market with statistics , you must use it alone with your acc.

9. IP addresses dont matter unless ; 1 Diablo III appear as under one IP address and your other Diablo III as another IP address. Although that is only good if the IP addresses are not on the same subnet.

This can be useful if you are super paranoid about having all of your legit accounts banned along with your botting ones. Although in many cases you do not have all accounts banned at once

Also in many cases the reason all accounts do not get banned that are using the same global IP is because they assume that the legit accounts that had not been caught for anything are just people in a LAN Party place, a college

or a house with a lot of computers playing Diablo III legitly.MAC addresses can be possibly useful to try and have any separate Diablo III programs that all use a different account all be on a different MAC address

10.Virtual Machine(VM) ; If your acc flagged and they will search you more detailed VM is easy to seen by them but it is very unlikely situation.

11.We have hundreds of users that using D3tnt from the start even 7/24 without any ban , but it doesnt meaning that you will not get ban in the future.

Botting is risky so your account is always your responsibility and it is your responsibility to know that risk.

12. If you got ban , there is a chance to get unban , you can try your luck with blizzard support centre , its 50% chance to get back your account with big wall of text.

There are people doing unban services(i doubt its necessary to use another person)
