Hello,

I have been trying to get help for the past several days. Your "support" employee, Joro, is refusing to help me, so I'm going to post about it here.

Going to try to sum it up quick:

- I bought a new key/year pass because Bossland GmbH went and rescinded their lifetime access keys. I bought my original key on 12/31/2010, and while I think removing lifetime access is really shady business (lifetime was obviously unsustainable even back then, you guys probably should have known that), I've decided to get another key. This is despite all the recent ban waves.

- I contacted your support to try and get my old key merged with my new key. I have a couple of store purchases on my old key, like Millz BG and I think one other. I was asked to provide my original and new key. I did so. Then I was asked for the associated email address. Here's the problem. My old email from 2010 is a college email address. After I graduated college, the college removed access to my email address. This is common practice in NY state and probably the rest of America. At first, I was having issues logging into my buddy auth/forum account for my original key. Just now I found out the password (it was a random one sent to me when there was a vulnerability with Honorbuddy accounts, email sent from you on 8/16/15). I cannot however, login to my buddy auth because I'm locked out.

- What I want is my old key and purchases to be merged with my new key and for the buddy auth lock on my original account to be undone. Your support employee is being difficult because I don't have access to the original email address. I'm trying to explain things to him, but, I don't think he gets it. As far as "proof" of ownership, I have: the original key, the new key, the login info and the ORIGINAL order email and order number from Bossland back in 2010. I have all the emails ever sent to my college email address backed up in mbox files, and surely you can cross reference that information.

I guess what I'm trying to say here is, no one will ever have access to that email account as it belongs to the college I went to. As a matter of principle I want the buddy store items I've purchased that are tied to my old key, and I want them merged to my new key, along with my original buddy auth account (which is locked). I wouldn't have to even do any of this had Bossland GmbH not backed out on their lifetime promise, forcing me to buy another key. I've been willing to make a concession for your company despite breaking your word because I've gotten a good 7 years out of your product for $55.00 USD. I am, however, not going to make another concession and not get the buddy store products I paid for because your support employee is unwilling to be reasonable.

Thanks for your time.
