Today is Wednesday, April 20th and it’s super exciting that you can get high and stay stoned all day and not be judged. People will know that you’re high–sure, but they won’t care. Democracy at it’s finest.

You could also make “Happy Birthday Hitler” jokes if you’re that breed of terrible person. To each their own.

For the second time in two weeks Hillary Clinton will be in town. She has two stops planned this afternoon. The first, a discussion with former Attorney General Eric Holder and Mrs. Tanya Brown-Dickerson. Tanya is the mother of Brandon Tate Brown, an African American male shot and killed by Philly Police a few years ago under questionable circumstances.

The second stop for Clinton today will be a campaign rally at The Fillmore, a concert venue in Fishtown.

Last week her husband, Bill, said some pretty racist things to Black Lives Matter activist. And sources within the Philadelphia activist community have said they are planning to disrupt one of her events today, which event wasn’t immediately clear.

Tattle Tot will be there to cover both of these events.

But what you, Tattle Tot reader, really would like to know is what Bernie Sanders ate when he was in Philly last week!

Short answer? Duck.

Last week Bernie, his wife (whom sources say was very, very nice) and several unidentified individuals had dinner at Panorama. A sneaky Italian restaurant connected to the Penn’s View Hotel. According the restaurant’s website  the restaurant features a

“ unique custom-built wine dispensary that offers over 120 wines by the glass. The wine bar offers an unrivaled opportunity to taste a wide selection of spectacular vintages. You will only find this selection at Philadelphia’s Penn’s View Hotel.”

Really, what an impressive wine program. We can’t confirm if Bernie consumed one of their delicious wines, but we can confirm what Bernie Sanders ate.

House made spaghetti with cured duck breast, parmigiano, duck egg and green onion.

Not a photo of the actual dish Bernie ate, but one similar.

Man, that sounds fucking yummy!

The restaurant offers two size portions for their pasta, small and large, however Tattle Tot can not confirm which size Bernie consumed. However, we’re told it was a quick, late visit so our guess is that he had the larger portion to optimize hunger/time constraints.

Now while the restaurant does have a hotel, that’s not where Bernie was staying. Bernie was staying a little further down on Delaware Ave.
