After reporting I have no Internet over 2 weeks ago I am still no nearer a resolution despite phoning talk talk on a daily basis. I spend over an hour listening to operatives read their ever so polite script which just repeats and reaffirms the information I have already given them. Every day I am told my ticket has been escalated and please allow another 72 hrs. Despite my forever escalating tickets new routers and engineer visits talk talk are incapable of locating a fault and are unable to provide the service I pay for
