I was supposed to go live on the 14th of this month, installed all the equipment as said and have no broadband at all!

tried live chatting with TalkTalk engineer and he said that it appears everything is fine and that I'm connected, which I'm not.

I can see the Wifi name on my phone but there's no internet, the lights are not even on.

I'm a new TalkTalk customer and I'm highly disappointed by it.
