Hello! I reported on 11 March that our old SpeedTouch router (we're an old AOL customer!) cannot connect to the Internet since the evening prior. TalkTalk began a line test and to wait 72 hours for a response via text message.

72 hours has passed (today at 12:30pm) and still no text. We can connect to the Internet at around 1MB/sec or less, compared to our usual 7MB/s. We still have no dial tone since Friday.
