Step 3: Set goals using the SMART system.
Specific: Choose a specific goal. For example, commit to exercising 30 minutes a day rather than the vague wish of “exercising more.”
Measurable: Determine how you will measure your goal. You can track how often you exercise in a week, how many minutes per workout, or how many miles you run in a week.
SMART goals
Accountable: Develop a way to be held accountable. Sharing your goal with a friend or coworker and asking him or her to follow up with you is a great way to answer for your progress.
Realistic: Make sure that your goal is attainable. Set goals that you can keep, like exercising 30 minutes a day rather than 2 hours per day.

How can I make the most of the Slique in 60 challenge?
A key to success with any goal is accountability and tracking—and this challenge is no different. That’s why we encourage you to find an accountability partner. It can be your spouse, child, friend, or business coach, but we all know it’s easier to be successful when we work on our goals with someone else. Plus, your partner can enter the challenge as well!
In addition to having a partner in the challenge, we ask that you track your progress. Keeping a video diary of your progress, ups and downs, and accomplishments is an easy way to see your journey from start to finish. Official Slique in 60 Promise promotion details
Beginning immediately, all Young Living Essential Oils, LC, (“Young Living”) members residing in the United States who purchase two of any of the Slique® product kits in consecutive months, including Slique® Maintain, Slique® Assist, Slique® Advance, and Slique® Complete (hereinafter “Slique Product”), will qualify for Young Living’s satisfaction guaranty.
Satisfaction guarantee

Return policy

Hello. I’m Sandy. I am a wife, a mom, a dreamer and now an oiler. To me, these are all things that bring me peace and joy, and provide connection to people and God’s nature around me. I was blessed to have had a great childhood, great family, and fond memories, and I realize how fortunate I was and am. I grew up around the water and so I naturally enjoy anything to do with the beach and being in and on the water. I also enjoy gardening – right now just an herb garden, and some fruit trees, but I’ve also grown some of my favorite vegetables. I also enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with my family.
I have held several different jobs over the years, from Interior Designer, to Certified Paralegal, and Assistant Children’s Pastor, and I believe that each one of them have helped me develop skills that enable me to move forward with the passion I have for Young Living essential oils.
If you ever want to know what you are passionate about, ask yourself “what could I talk about and do all day long and be happy?” Well, for me, I could talk about essential oils, dreams and interpreting dreams, all day long; and to me, these two things are rooted in God’s provision for us – plants/herbs/essential oils for our health and healing (Ezekiel 47:12; Revelations 22:2), and dreams and their meaning are given by God for His direction in our lives. Did you know there are 1,031 references to essential oils, aromatic oil-producing plants and their applications in the Bible, including at least 33 species? And over 100 references to dreams and their interpretations in the Bible?
The Ezekiel’s Tree Story
The Ezekiel’s Tree story all started with a dream.
Back in September of 2009 the Lord gave me a dream. In the dream, I was in the hallway area of the church I attend, a lady that I know approached me and told me that she was getting ready to retire and wanted me to take over her job. The job would allow me the flexibility to work around my family responsibilities, and that I would make a generous income. The dream ended with me driving a car down a beautifully shaded country road.
Then came reality
After waking from the dream, I started to wonder what the opportunity might be, who or what this person represented symbolically, and when it would happen, since I knew the hallway in the dream represented a time of transition.
Fast-forward to January of 2012. I was reading an e-newsletter and saw an advertisement by Sharnael Wolverton about essential oils. On her website, I watched videos on how people were using essential oils for health and wellness. As I viewed each one I became more and more intrigued by what I was hearing.
Then a Bible verse kept coming to my mind from the book of Ezekiel
“Fruit trees of all kinds will grow on both banks of the river. Their leaves will not wither, nor will their fruit fail. Every month they will bear fruit, because the water from the sanctuary flows to them. Their fruit will serve for food and their leaves for healing.” ~Ezekiel 47:12
and the name “Ezekiel’s Tree” kept going through my mind … and the dream came back to my mind also.
Could this be the opportunity I had dreamed of 3 years prior?
I spent some time in prayer about it – I felt like this was what God was referring to in the dream but since the idea of doing something with marketing was so different for me, I wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing God on this. (BTW, the lady in my dream worked in marketing). After a few weeks, I felt sure this was where He was leading me, so I went back to the website and signed up with Young Living Essential Oils with Sharnael.
