We sent an email today with a special link to BackerKit surveys.
It is important to respond to your survey quickly. Our ability to generate your package depends on receiving this information.
Filling out your BackerKit survey is not required, but it is the easiest way for us to finalize where we need to ship your Noteband.
If you need to change your survey answer, add or remove add-ons, or update your shipping information, you can click on the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on the project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)
BackerKit helps us save lots of time by automating the survey data gathering process and providing us with pledge management software to speed up fulfillment.
If you used Facebook to log into your Indiegogo account, the BackerKit survey link will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account.
