Shunkoin. , 何故、坐禅と茶道と書道なのか？ , , 坐禅、茶道と書道に共通する事は、「自分」と向き合うという事です。しかし、ここでいう「自分」は「自分は本当は何がしたい。」とか「自分探求」とかで使われる「自分」とは違います。仏教でいう「空」いう考えです。「自分（自我）」という物は、そもそも存在しているのかという事です。人間が持つ最大のバイアス（固定概念）は「自分が存在している」という概念です。そこで「自分」という概念を構成している要素は何だろうという観察が必要になってきます。それによりその他の様々はバイアスに気付くことが出来ます。その様々なバイアスを繰り返し、繰り返し外していく。この繰り返しの行動が、「ウェルビーイング」に繋がっていきます。しかしウェルビーイングは一般で言われる幸福とは違います。人間として最大限に生きるとはという事が、ウェルビーイングです。 ...
