Thanks so much for giving ScreenScape a try. We’re sorry to see you go. If there is anything that we can assist you with, to make sure that you get the best possible ScreenScape experience, please let us know by contacting us. We’re here to help!

If you’re sure that you would like to cancel your ScreenScape subscription please find the appropriate method below:

Legacy Accounts (Signup Pre July 2014)

To cancel your account, you will need to:

Log in to your account.

Click on the Account link in the drop down list at the top right of the screen.

Click on Cancel under the heading ‘Your subscription is active.’

Let us know why you’re leaving – this is a helpful step so we can improve our products and services.

Click the Cancel Account button.



Your ScreenScape account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. This means you will still be able to access your account until your subscription expires.

To reactivate your account at any time, simply log back into the service and update your payment method and plan. We do not guarantee that previously created content will be available, should you reactivate a cancelled account. ScreenScape reserves the right to remove old content from our servers.

If you are a Legacy ScreenScape customer who is paying for your subscription via Invoice please contact our Billing Department by calling 1-877-666-1975 (option 6).

eStore Customers (store.screenscape.com)

To cancel your account, you will need to:

Log in to your ScreenScape eStore account using your eStore login credentials.

Locate your active account subscription located under the My Subscriptions heading.

Click the Cancel button.



Your ScreenScape account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. This means you will still be able to access your account until your subscription expires.

To reactivate your account at any time, simply log back into your ScreenScape eStore account and select the Renew option. We do not guarantee that previously created content will be available, should you reactivate a cancelled account. ScreenScape reserves the right to remove old content from our servers.

All Other Connect/Smart Box Customers

If you are a ScreenScape Connect or Smart Box customer, who placed an order via an order form, please contact our Billing Department by calling 1-877-666-1975 (option 6) or email them at billing@screenscape.com to process your cancellation.
