Winning each half 3-0, Beecher rolled to a 6-0 non-conference win over Wilmington on August 26 in the season opener. Goalies Miguel Herrera and Cam Paulmeier each had two saves to preserve the shutout.
Trent Myers sparked the offense scoring with a hat trick. Meanwhile, Brendan Loonam-Para and Gage Beck each provided a goal and an assist.
Also recording assists were Ethan Short, Aiden Kraus, Aidan Ward and Jason Janz.
On August 29, the Bobcats opened the Twin Valley season with a shootout win over St. Anne against a 1-1 regulation score.
Beecher had five successful penalty kicks by Short, AJ Graham, Myers, Loonam-Para and Beck.
In the first half, the Bobcats tallied a goal by Myers on an assist from Graham. Herrera provided seven saves.
The next day, Beecher snapped a scoreless tie at Bishop McNamara with a pair of second half goals.
Scoring unassisted tallies were Russell Ward and Loonam-Para. Herrera had three saves, including one against a penalty kick as he recorded the shutout.
On September 5, Beecher (3-0, 1-0) will travel to Watseka for a Twin Valley matchup.
