Nigel M. Baptiste was appointed to the Board of Directors in October 2003. He previously served as Managing Director of NBIC from
July 1999 to July 2002. Mr. Baptiste is currently an Executive Director of Republic Bank Limited in Trinidad & Tobago. He is a former
Trinidad National Scholar who has distinguished himself as an academic in his career and in the fields of Banking and Economics. He
holds a diploma with distinction from the American Banking Association's Stonier Graduate School and has also successfully completed
the Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Programme. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of England. He is
also the former President of the Institute of Bankers, Trinidad and Tobago.

John N. Alves was appointed Managing Director in April 2010 having previously served as General Manager - Credit,
an Executive Director and Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors for many years. He is a member of the Guyana Association
of Bankers and has been an officer of the Bank for over thirty-nine years.
Due to his vast knowledge and experience in banking and finance, Mr. Alves has made several meaningful contributions to national
consultations relating to the banking industry.

Mrs. Patricia Plummer was appointed General Manager, Credit in March, 2010. A Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers (FICB) with over forty years experience, Mrs. Plummer exemplifies a Career Banker. During her long standing tenure with the organization she worked in several departments in various functional capacities amassing a wealth of knowledge. Prior to her present portfolio, she served as the Senior Manager, Corporate and Management Services and Manager, Commercial Credit – a position she held for close to a decade.

Ms. Denise Hobbs joined the Management team in 2001 having enjoyed over 35 years in banking. Prior to her present appointment, she held Managerial positions in the Bank’s Branch network, Branch Operations and Internal Audit Departments. Her accomplished tenure with the Bank, complemented by her qualifications in Business Management and Administration, augur well for her mandate.
Ms. Hobbs was appointed to the position of General Manager, Corporate and Management Services in March 2010.

Roy Errol Cheong, a Chartered Insurer by profession, retired on June 30, 2003 as Managing Director of the GTM Group of Companies,
but has since been appointed a non-executive Director of the Group. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and Life Management
Institute, and Chartered Life Underwriter. Mr. Cheong has served as President of the Insurance Association of The Caribbean, the Insurance
Association of Guyana as well as the Insurance Institute of Guyana. He is the Past President of the Rotary Club of Georgetown and serves on
the Executive Committee of the Guyana Red Cross Society. Mr. Cheong also holds Directorships in Banks DIH Limited, Neal & Massey (Guyana)
Limited and Mega Insurance Company Limited of Trinidad and Tobago. He is the recipient of the Golden Arrow of Achievement.

Mr. Shameer Hoosein is an accomplished business leader with more than twenty years experience in management.
At present he is the Chief Executive Officer of the Massy Gas Products (Guyana) Limited formerly Demerara Oxygen Company Limited, a position he has held since 1995. He previously served as the Finance Director of Associated Industries Limited.
Mr. Shameer Hoosein is a graduate of the Ivey School of Business having completed the Executive Development Program in 2005 and is also a Fellow Chartered and Certified Accountant having obtained qualifications in Finance and Accounting through the Leeds School of Accountancy in the United Kingdom in 1978.
Mr. Hoosein holds several Directorships in the Massy Group of Companies in Guyana, Jamaica and Barbados. Among other things, he is Chairman of Massy Security and Massy Industries (Guyana) Limited.

Mr. Richard Lewis, a Trinidadian by birth, is the General Manager/Director of Label House Group Limited which is the largest specialist label and packaging printer in the Caribbean.
Mr. Richard Lewis holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Western Ontario Richard Ivey School of Business and is also a graduate of the Newcastle Institute of Technology. Among other Directorships, he currently serves as the Chairman of the Trinidad and Tobago Government Advisory Council for Competiveness Innovation, Prestige Business Publications and Carreras Jamaica.
