Shazino's mission is to organize knowledge sharing amongst life science researchers in order to speed up discoveries (scientific articles, patents...).
For the first time, Shazino offers researchers to share their experimental data in real-time and in a secure manner and so promotes collaboration between scientists.
This innovative service is based on a laboratory assistant (http://www.hivebench.com) in a cloud computing platform ensuring protection, ownership and controlled distribution of results.Shazino’s ambition is to become a major player in the “Open Science” (Open Source for Research in Life Science) and thus to provide tools with very high added value for its clients.

You’re an expert and passionate about what you do.
You’ll use your extraordinary attention to detail to drive your projects to succeed at the highest level of quality and always look at improving your knowledge.
Things move quickly here so you’ll be able to work under pressure and be comfortable with a fast-paced technical environment with changing priorities. You can deliver on short term objectives in an agile environment (Scrumban) without forgetting the bigger longer term goal.
Skills Required
Extensive experience developing with Ruby on Rails - Experience building dynamic web-apps
4+ years of experience designing and developing web applications including 2 years experience using RoR/Coffeescript - Experience working with common Internet technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX)
Broad industry knowledge - comfortable with concepts like REST, Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and tools like Chef, Heroku, and Amazon Web Services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, especially the ability to explain complex technical subjects to a non-technical audience
Nice to have
Computer Science degree
Experience with Ember.JS
Experience with in-house app deployment (Docker, vagrant, virtual machine environment...)
