BIME’s Product Support Engineers are comprehensive product and analytics experts who are passionate about helping customers to achieve great results.

In direct contact with customers and in collaboration with business people, developers and quality engineers, your job will be to solve important problems for real people.

You see issues and questions as an opportunity to build great customer relationships and trust.

You’ll continually improve your field and product knowledge and deliver this knowledge to customers as well as stockpiling it in an online knowledge base.

Responsibilities:

Become a BIME Product Expert

Coordinate and manage customer contact for critical product issues while maintaining and building excellent relationships

Independently spot and resolve software issues

Create articles and videos for the BIME Knowledge Base

Requirements:

English native speaker (French a plus)

Business intelligence or database experience

Passionate about technology

Customer Empathy

Excellent teamwork and written/verbal communication skills

Comfortable in a customer facing role with the ability to strike a good rapport with people quickly and easily
