Background

With the automated password policy workflow, SecureKi helps eliminate the tedious and time-consuming administrative overhead of manually changing passwords. The company’s mission is to empower organisations to securely, efficiently, and effortlessly protect their digital identities.

The Challenge

Rapid growth and increasing number of channel partners, several challenges emerged that demanded immediate attention:

Lack of enablement tools to manage hundreds of channel sales partners

A digital tool was urgently needed to efficiently align and manage inside and channel partners’ productivity while maintaining customer relationships.

Lack of real-time visualisation of sales performance.

Gaining real-time insights into sales performance and opportunities pipeline as well as accurate sales forecasts had become challenging. This was also hindered by manual SOPs.

Lack of efficient communication tools for local/regional channel partner management

Relying too heavily on channel managers for communication with partners in Malaysia and the region had led to misalignment and an inability to track the communication trail.
