We are looking for enthusiastic, hands on Management Accountant seeking a challenging all-encompassing role delivering a best in class accounting service to our clients.
The Management Accountant Role
As a Management Accountant you will have a confident and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, good excel and systems skills. Having an ability to manage time effectively whilst ensuring quality of service to multiple clients and their particular demands is a necessity. The ideal Management Accountant will be able to demonstrate strong career development history with a desire to progress further.

The role of the Management Accountant is to manage the day to day running of the client accounts department. You will also be responsible for the production of the monthly management accounts enabling the company management team to make sound commercial decisions based on financial information and to,
Provide management accountant level expertise and support to a portfolio of our clients
Client account management
Management of a team
Assistance with strategic projects
As Management Accountant your responsibilities will include
Overseeing management of sales ledger, purchase ledger and general ledger
Regular reconciliation of bank account, including a full monthly reconciliation with details of all reconciling items
Complex reconciliations such as deferred maintenance, commissions, intercompany trading
Expenses management
Liaison with payroll and set up of payment for client approval
EC sales returns
Responding to HMRC queries
Desired Skills & Experience
Studying towards ICAEW, CIMA or ACCA
At least 2 years relevant experience
Practice or technology industry background is an advantage.
You will be a confident and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Communicating financial data to non-financial managers/client staff
