Job Role: Apprentice - Contact Centre - Customer service advisor / Customer sales advisor
Salary: £97.50 per week basic + commission & travel expenses (with potential pay increases - please ask for more details)
Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00 - 18:00 (35 hours per week)

A Packaged Bank Account is a current account which charges you a monthly fee in return for certain additional benefits, e.g mobile insurance, travel insurance, etc. Although these can offer great value for money, many consumers have found that the manner of which they have been sold has resulted in unsuitable benefits
The Role:
Professionally deal with all potential clients to assess their eligibility for a possible claim with regards to any previous mis-sold finances, including the cross-selling of other products. As part of the Sales Team you will be responsible for identifying and following up new business leads. Enrolment and participation in the NVQ Programme is compulsory
