First Round Capital, the seed-stage investment firm, has closed a fifth fund of $175 million. The firm also announced that New York City-based partner Phin Barnes is relocating to San Francisco and that Wiley Cerilli, founder of former portfolio company SinglePlatform, is joining as a venture partner. Current First Round Capital portfolio companies include Blue Apron, Birchbox, DogVacay and Fab.
