CoreLogic reports strength in the Sydney market as Melbourne auction activity fades. Half of all auctions in Melbourne are withdrawn while almost 90% of those selling are sold prior to auction day
Sydney 543 auction results from 730 conducted showing 74% success rate, Melbourne 121 reported of a very low 167 showing 49.6% selling with 88% selling prior and 50% withdrawn. Brisbane 44.6% – 74 reported from 113 conducted, Adelaide a very healthy 83.9% top result nationally and Canberra with 75.9%.
